It is  important to note that, DO NOT wear contact lens while you bath & sleep and wash or put the contact lens in the contact's box with solution for at least 4 hours before start to use again....

but sometimes we may accidentally forget to take out the contact lenses from our eyes when we bath...and for some reason, we will found that it really hard to take out the contact lenses from our eyes ( it's like the lenses stick to your eyes) ... so here are the tips:

1. if you notice half way through your bath session, stop immediately and take out the contact lenses. This is important to make sure that other facial wash solution , etc... from getting into your eyes so as your contact lenses...

2. secondly, you have to wash your hand cleanly ( don't put on contact lenses after you used facial wash solution or shampoo... and other harmful solution that will harm your eyes...

3. Thirdly, use your clean finger ( the finger that you usually put in your contact lenses) .. try to move the contact lenses a few rounds- around your eyes- this is to make sure that the lenses didn't stick on your eyes surface...

Lastly, remove your contact with both of your fingers and thumb ...

small tips:
if you found that it still really hard to remove.. make sure your finger nails is short ( both your finger and thumb that you used ) ... because i found that it's harder to remove your contact lenses with long finger nails...
